Zen Garden Yoga

Join our yoga instructors in our Zen Garden for weekly yoga! Classes are held every Wednesday from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM and Sunday from 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM during July and August. Classes are $25 plus tax for non-hotel guests. Advanced booking is required. More details:

-Classes are designed for all yoga levels. Beginners are welcome.
-Please arrive 10 minutes early for set up and Zen Garden grounding.
-Classes are weather-dependent, and will be cancelled for unpredictable rainy or stormy weather.
-We recommend you supply a refillable water bottle, yoga mat, sunscreen, and breathable, comfortable clothing.
-Please bring your own yoga mat.
-Please be mindful of other class participants' personal space.
-Lululemon wear is available for purchase in the Spa at Q in the Lower Level of the main hotel building.
-If you have a medical condition, please consult with your doctor in advance.
-Modifications are available with the instructor to accommodate various needs. Please make your instructor aware of your needs in advance of the class.
-Aim to maintain a mind-body connection to promote deep relaxation.
